Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For customers within the EU, standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days. We offer free EU shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or customs.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes — we ship internationally. Please note: non-EU customers may be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days from delivery for most items. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and inserts. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty. To start a return, email support@youqueen.nl with your order number.

Q: What if my item is faulty?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact support@youqueen.nl with photos and details to initiate a warranty claim. We will advise repair or replacement options.

Product & Materials

Q: Are your pearls natural?
A: Yes — we use AA-grade and above freshwater pearls and natural gemstones (when specified). Variations in shape and color are natural and make each piece unique.

Q: Are your metals hypoallergenic?
A: We use 925 sterling silver and 18K gold plating. Our pieces are suitable for most sensitive skin types, but if you have severe metal allergies, please consult a dermatologist.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I care for my pearls and silver jewelry?
A: Keep jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and water. Wipe gently with the included velvet cloth after wear and store in the supplied pouch or box. For detailed care instructions, see our product page Care tab.

Orders & Payment

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact support@youqueen.nl as soon as possible with your order number.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and IDEAL. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Gift & Packaging

Q: Does my order come gift-wrapped?
A: Yes — all orders are shipped in our branded gift box with a meaning card. Gift wrapping is included for certain collections; you can select gift options at checkout where available.

Q: Can you include a handwritten note?
A: We can include a short handwritten message on the meaning card. Add your message at checkout or email support@youqueen.nl after ordering.

Customs & Taxes

Q: Will I have to pay customs charges?
A: For customers outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How can I leave a review?
A: After delivery you will receive an email invitation to review your purchase. You can also submit photos and comments via the product page’s Review section.
